Purchased this to replace the oem cord on my razer wolverine ultimate after the quick disconnect quick died after one disconnect. Compared to the original 10 foot cord that the razer controller comes with ,the replacement is about 3/4 (6.5 ft) so you are giving up that length but it is a good cord also the usb port does not disconnect from the cord though so no replacement for that if that breaks.
