So my scroll wheel isnt working and i dont know why.i cant scroll up and down but scroll clicks are working.is there are any solutions? So recently (not even a year has passed) i bought this mouse and it worked perfectly as i expected,but since this morning its scroll wheel started bugging.i mean it can detect scrolling,but when i try to scroll up,it would go up few pixels and the start glitching and going down ;and then when i try to scroll down it freezes and continues. Razer black mamba elite scroll wheel not scrolling. Kill razer synapse by going to your system tray and locating the synapse icon. I found a fix online but now that fix isn't working.

So My New Basilisk Hyperspeed Mouse Started Double Clicking And Essentially Became Unusable Because Of This.

Razer basilisk scroll not working after razer synapse update. Don't ask why, but this expensive gaming mouse has an annoying design flaw. The scroll wheel will left/right click on command, aswell as center click.
