I like the product a lot and i've had zero issues with it up until yesterday. I don't think i was expecting to fall in love with the rgb set up that is built in. 1) synapse does not recognise the device ( i am not interested in beta version ) 2) if i leave the stand plugged into any of the pc's usb 3 or 2 ports the pc would not start and freezes during boot up even before windows starts to load.
